Webhook notification sent when a chargeback or dispute alert is triggered.

Setting

Log in to the merchant background and fill in the Dispute webhook url in the upper right corner basic information.

Original order amount.

Refund order ID. Returned when alert_type is Refund.

Notification timestamp.

Alert type: Ethoca, RDR, Chargebacks, or Refund.

Chargeback or dispute alert details.

alert_statusstringsign

Alert result: 00 �?success; 11 �?failed. Returned when a refund fails.
